Mark is a keen champion of outcomes-focused systems-thinking, collaborative delivery models, digitalisation, connected digital twins and the circular economy in the built environment. Mark is the Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor in the digitalisation of the built environment at the University of Cambridge. As Strategic Advisor at Mott MacDonald, Mark provides advice to key clients on digitalisation and broader industry transformation. Previously, Mark was the CTO of Mott MacDonald and the Director of the Centre for Digital Built Britain, where he was the Head of the National Digital Twin programme.

Dubbed the architect of the green building movement in Singapore, Dr John Keung is the first Southeast Asian to be conferred the Chairman’s Award by the World Green Building Council (WGBC) in 2015 and was named one of the Top 25 Newsmakers of the Year 2013 by Engineering News-Record (ENR), USA.
He was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) from June 2006 to May 2017. Under his leadership, BCA moved Singapore into the position of a global leader in green buildings, raised construction productivity by an average of 2% per year from 2010 to 2017 and transformed its built environment sector through the adoption of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD).
Currently, in addition to some Board level appointments, Dr Keung also serves as Adjunct Professor in various universities and Advisor to a few public agencies and private organizations. He is a Chartered Town Planner and earned his PhD from the University of Wales, UK.
